What BBLS Group is

In plain terms: BBLS Group is a management company for a small group of businesses. Tidwell Pharmacy is one of them—a community pharmacy that still looks and feels like a pharmacy. Behind the scenes, BBLS handles strategy, oversight, and the shared work that doesn’t need to be rebuilt at every location.

We don’t rebrand everything into one logo or turn strong local businesses into a franchise template. Each company keeps its identity and its relationships. We make sure the operations, systems, and planning behind them are solid.

Why that matters

Good small and mid-sized businesses usually know their craft. What wears them down is everything around it—outdated tech, fragmented vendors, brand presence that drifts, and not enough hours for the work that isn’t “serving the next customer.” BBLS exists to take that load off so the business can stay excellent at what customers actually notice.

How we show up

Practical, not theatrical. Clear ownership, modern digital basics, and decisions that protect reputation as carefully as they chase opportunity. If it doesn’t help the business serve people better, it doesn’t make the cut.
